This individual would assist the general manager for their assigned office with the day to to day management of the sales staff in order to develop skills as a Feldco manager.
The territory that this role would support would be Chicagoland's Northern suburbs.

The Job:
The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in recruiting, developing and managing the sales team.
Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a metric driven, fast paced sales team.
This individual will have at least 2 years of successful sales experience.
In-home sales experience is a plus but is not required.
We are looking for a sales leader.
This individual will also place a high value on ensuring that all of Feldco's customers are delighted.
