1st shift Monday- Friday 8:
30am - 5:
00pm Des Plaines, IL Starting rate flexible based on experience.
($17-$20 based on experience).
Role
Responsibilities:
Triage incoming phone calls from potential and existing clients to determine their needs.
Assist walk-in clients, existing and potential.
Open and distribute daily mail.
Update client information in internal case management system Assist in generation of client and other correspondence using our document generation software Respond to manager and attorney requests, including researching of deeds, proof of pay, tax certification searches, record owner search, and estimates of redemption.
Assist in logging in of client documents to internal case management software Other duties as assigned / other department projects as assigned Role
Qualifications:
Previous Office / Professional Experience required Previous Law Office experience preferred Customer Service Experience / Client communication Ability to multitask Experience with MS Suites / Data Entry Ability to handle diverse client base Effective oral and written communication skills Attention to details with accurate data entry skills Ability to work under pressure within established deadlines Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
