The Receptionist will provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, and organized with a positive attitude.
Duties include:
Greet patients and guests in a friendly, professional manner Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments Check in patients and verify insurance eligibility Process patient out-of-pocket expenses Schedule new patient appointments online Greet patients at the door if they haven't arrived in time Schedule patient appointments and collect payments on behalf of the patient Answer phones in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner; relay messages to appropriate parties and obtain information needed to proceed with the call Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor Maintain a clean and orderly office environment, including but not limited to:
sorting mail, mailing letters, scanning documents, and filing paperwork Follow all infection control guidelines for healthcare facilities
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old (required) High school diploma or GED (preferred) Preferences:
Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
