Part Time Sales Associate
Job DescriptionRetail Sales Associates at Helzberg Diamonds are responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
oAbility to generate sales to exceed personal sales goals oProvide features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales oCreate business through various methods of clienteling oProvide a compelling sales presentation based on our sales training oInvolve fellow teammates in the sales presentation to overcome customers objections and close additional salesoDemonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every Helzberg Diamonds' guest oParticipate in all areas of store's operation including merchandising, displays, and maintenance The ideal candidate will possess:
oProven history of selling in a commission environment oSuperior communication skills oHigh internal motivation oFlexibility to work with a variety of personalities oOne to three years of jewelry retail experience oHigh school diploma or equivalent oMust be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits for Retail Sales Associates include:
