Performs specific security duties as outlined by the Security Department policies and procedures to ensure the protection of all company assets as well as the safety and welfare of guests and team members.
Prepares reports as required.
Projecting a positive, helpful image/attitude.
Accepting direction from supervisor and demonstrating ability to profit from constructive criticism.
Verify patron's identification to prevent those under the age of 21 from gaining to the Rivers Casino property.
Assist in the implementation of emergency procedures.
Handles patrons inquires and complaints and will solicit the support of a Security Supervisor as necessary.
All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Casino or hotel experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge in various computers programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.
) preferred.
Must be able to walk, run, stand, kneel, stretch, push, pull and pull weight for a full 8 hour shift Ability to communicate with Team members and guests.
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting.
