As we expand our leasing team, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Leasing Assistant to join us part time for the upcoming season.

Leasing Season - March through September
Responsibilities:
As a Summer Leasing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our multifamily scatter site portfolio to prospective tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting Apartment Showings:
Schedule and conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each apartment.
Customer Interaction:
Interact with prospective tenants, addressing inquiries, providing information on leasing terms, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Lease Documentation:
Assist in the completion of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Property Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of each property in the scatter site portfolio, including amenities, floor plans, and neighborhood attractions.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available units, both online and offline, to attract potential tenants.
Administrative Tasks:
Support leasing managers with administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and coordinating appointments.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate leasing practices is a plus.
Must have Saturday availability (10am-1pm) Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
