IT Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Liaise between Endpoint Engineering and IT & Field Services partners, and thevarious lines of business throughout the enterprise.
Gather and prioritize business requirements and analyze business needs.
Work with Endpoint Engineering and IT partners to ensure that they understandbusiness requirements and specifications.
Translate, simplify, and communicate business requirements to ensure buy-in fromall stakeholders.
Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications forchange.
Analyze and document the design of technical systems and business models.
Assist Endpoint Engineering engineers finding technological solutions to businessrequirements.
Coordinate UAT testing with the business.
Analyze data to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with other business analysts and/or project managers to assure aconsistent implementation of project management disciplines and methodologies.
Coordinate project activities leveraging team members across areas of theenterprise, vendors, external agencies, and partners.
Document and actively manage project dependencies, issues, and risks toresolution.
Prepare and provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, etcto departmentleadership and stakeholders.
Understand strategic business needs and plans for growth.
Have strong analytical skills to create reports and offer recommendations.
The ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion.
Good written and verbal communication skills are crucial for working with allstakeholders.
Must have the ability to understand the team s challenges and develop solutions.
Should be familiar with various types of project management and business analysissoftwareProficiency in spreadsheets is also important.
IT Business Analyst Requirements:
Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field.
5 or more years of relevant technical project management experience, especially forIT infrastructure related projects.
Candidates with technical backgrounds a must Experience with DEX tools such as Tachyon 1E and SysTrack (Strongly desired).
Experience managing OS migration project a plus.
Successful management of multiple concurrent IT projects Previous experience working on projects that focus on automations, creatingefficiencies, and improving the end user experience.
Demonstrated advanced use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,Visio, PowerBi and/or PPM.
Demonstrated experience in creating reports and dashboards using WorkspaceONE Intelligence, PowerBi, Spotfire, or other similar tools.
Proven ability to extract data from Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager andanalyze data and create reports with findings.
Proficient at creating detailed technical documentation.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
