com RESPONSIBILITES:
Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional service Communicate through multiple channels to build and maintain strong productive relationships with our customers Work cooperatively with our sales team to resolve issues and provide solutions for customers' needs Process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment Process business transactions including credits and return authorizations Work closely with our shipping, purchasing, and accounting departments to find best possible solutions to customer requests Other duties as assigned IDEAL CADIDATE:
High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of customer service experience Ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgment Ability to manage conflict Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a strong presence of professionalism Detailed and results oriented Problem solving and information management skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Casual office environment Flexible 8-hour schedule between 8:
00am and 6:
