Client Details


My client is a family owned, family run manufacturer of custom-engineered, high precision rubber parts, components and seals for OEMs and their suppliers. This customer driven organization prides themselves on their passion and drive, and demonstrates it daily by being a vertically integrated, one stop shop operation serving the Agriculture, Plumbing, Consumer Electronic, Power Sports and Off Road industries. They are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team as a result of recent growth - having maximized recent investments in new technology and equipment, allowing them to introduce new, special products in the near future.


Description


  • Involvement in process planning, optimization and working closely with press operators
  • Provide training for press operators on equipment operation, troubleshooting and safety
  • Assure presses are operating within setup parameters and conduct root cause analysis to address variation
  • Evaluate process improvement and recommend changes
  • Support, promote and recommend improvements to provide a safe work environment
  • Conduct LPA's
  • Work with the shift supervisor, and maintenance team to ensure smooth operation on the shift
  • Write work instructions for recently purchased, new equipment and throughout the introduction of new product lines
  • Be an active problem solver on the manufacturing floor

Profile


  • Molding experience preferred
  • 4
    Years of Relevant Industry experience (Rubber preferred, but not required)
  • Troubleshooting knowledge of rubber molding processes including cold runner injection and low waste flashless transfer preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure with time constraints and minimal supervision
  • Experience writing work instructions
  • Experience with New Product Implementation
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and other Web-based application
  • Six Sigma certified-DOE and Minitab experience preferred
  • Experience in LEAN/Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Must have strong performance work history and exhibit leadership qualities
  • Must demonstrate highly-motivated work ethic; excellent organization and follow-through skills

Job Offer


$90,000 - $110,000 base salary based on experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
