Resource 1 has a long-term need for 2-3 Business Analysts with at least 7 years of experience, for the North West suburbs. Because of the long-term need, this client is open to either contract-for-hire or contract with extensions. Individuals must be direct to Resource 1, no third parties for this client. Individuals will join a team responsible for the development and implementation of both web and mobile apps.
Primary responsibilities will include requirements gathering, requirements definition, project documentation, JAD sessions, business process analysis/improvement and creating Use Cases. Individuals must have strong analysis skills and be able to effectively communicate with the development team, as well as, the business users/stake holders. Individuals should also have at least one recent project using AGILE methodology (user stories, sprints, etc.). Individuals should be familiar with web-based technologies and could be called upon to assisting in some UAT and/or web testing. Individuals should have a strong background in Business Analysis, as well as, experience in web-based applications, especially with E-commerce websites. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for this position.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
