Operations Manager
Quality Counts LLC is seeking a small business owner to lead our Chicago Operations. We are hiring for an entrepreneurial-minded leader with professional experience to join our rapidly growing small business.

The role we are hiring for is Operations Manager with the intent of driving market growth and building client relationships. In general, this position requires a healthy mix of physical labor and administrative responsibilities including:
project management & workload execution
business strategic development
profit & loss oversight
employee management
client coordination for sales and project communication
organizational ability to focus on details and confirm quality data collection
25% of time is working with Regional Manager and Operations Support teams
75% of time is independent and requires a fast paced work ethic
frequent travel required (primarily driving)
REQUIREMENTS:
& Bachelors Degree
& 3
years working with clients and executing deadlines
& 2
years in a work-related leadership position, making decisions that affect a business
& Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
& Desire to work indoors and outdoors
& Valid Driver License w/ clean driving record
& Intermediate to advanced computer/technology skills
& Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders up to 15 feet, and operate power tools safely
This position pays $40k+. Earnings to increase with experience and individual contribution; strong quarterly and annual bonus potential.
