DUTIES: You will be responsible for:
Acting as a global application support subject matter expert (SME) as it relates to SAP FICO;
Providing third level support expertise as it relates to SAP FICO including business processes (i.e. FI/CO transactions and reporting, monthly close processing, and reporting, planning, forecasting, etc.); Supporting financial business applications and BI (Business Intelligence) tools;
Prioritizing the incident and service request workload within the ITSM toolset/process;
Proactively working with the service desk teams to address open ticket issues and providing guidance and expertise to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA's);
Acting as a driver of process improvement with an intent to consistently and proactively enhance the stakeholder experience while looking for ways to introduce enhancements to the resolution process.

REQUIRED:

MUST have 3 years of STRONG/CURRENT/RECENT SAP FICO application/production and business process support in the role of a SAP FICO application/production support analyst performing 3rd level SAP FICO application/production support.

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT/RECENT and DEEP/THOROUGH understanding of the stakeholder business process and workflow as it relates to SAP FICO functionality and business reporting.

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT customer facing and focused communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills with a driven customer satisfaction passion for excellence.

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT/RECENT supporting skills with SAP Netweaver, portals, etc.

MUST have some element of understanding of ITIL---the more the better.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
