As the Regional Human Resources Specialist, you will serve as an extension of the Coporate HR Department by providing HR support to the Region.
Additional job duties include:
In conjunction with the HR Manager and Region Vice President coordinate approximately 5 days/month of traveling to Regional Service Centers (this does not include day trips). If necessary, more travel where needed.
Plan, organize and communicate traveling schedule along with detailed agendas to the Region Vice President and HR Manager.
Involvement in the research, review and decision making of HR issues in conjunction with the Service Center Manager, Region Vice President, HR Manager and Director of Quality.
Conduct IQ Leader development training in the Region as determined necessary (HR39, Excel, LCS, Outlook, AS400, Servant Leadership), and make recommendations for future training needs.
Conduct Benefit Education for Service Center Employees in conjunction with the Benefits Manager. Assist new hires with Benefit related questions/concerns.
Evaluate Service Center HR processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvement (HR39 process, T&A, interviewing/selection, etc.)
Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of recruitment techniques. Actively participate in the recruitment efforts where needed as directed by the Region Vice President and HR Manager. Coordinate efforts with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Participate and contribute to Regional Meetings as directed by the Region Vice President.
Support the Corporate HR Department as needed and directed.
Minimum
Qualifications:
HR experience (required) in training, education, and employee relations
An associates or bachelors degree
Flexible schedule
Able to travel; 30% traveling involved
Computer experience
Microsoft Office Suite experience
Time management skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
